Bucket Conveyor

This conveyor is used to convey the lump of Rubber from one machine to another machine. The main structure is made of formed channel. Customised Bucket is used to collect the rubber lump. Photo sensors are used to detect the fall of rubber lump in the bucket. The photo sensor signal will actuate the motor gearbox coupled with drive shaft of chain conveyor. The bucket moves with chain to the distance preset and stopped by another photo sensor actuation. the Bucket is lifted with another motor gearbox placed underneath it and it is tilted up to the required angle and stpped by another photo sensor. due to this tilt of bucket the rubber lump will get dumped in to another machine.
