Slat-conveyor

Slat conveyor is defined as a conveyor consisiting of one or more endless chains to which horizontal spaced slats are attached to form a moving support for the objects being conveyed.The main structure of conveyor is made of formed channel and both these skid are supported by ISMC and Plates. Sprockets are used at end on drive and driven shaft and gear box with motor is used for power transmission. Metal Slats are fitted to chain with the help of attachments.

Slat conveyors are very useful for handling heavy loads of heated materials. Slat conveyors are used to assemble or transfer products to a certain location. It manages to lift and transport heavy equipment. Slat conveyors can be custom-made for the moving platform to be built into the floor or onto a higher bench. Slat conveyor systems may also install moving sidewalks upon request so the employee can move with the assembled product for a more efficient production.
