Pulleys

We are in design and manufacturing of conveyor pulleys as per customer requirements using good quality raw materials, better manufacturing facilities, trained engineers to control quality in every process steps.

We manufacture a wide range of pulleys ranging from Head pulley, Idler pulley includes Tail pulley(return pulley), Snub pulley, Take up pulley, Bend pulley.

We make the designing of pulleys as per industry standards and customised as per customer requirements.

All the pulleys are machined using conventional lathe and CNC machine maintaining required tolerances as per drawing and our qualified engineers make sure every process step will be inspected and tolerances are maintained as per drawing.

Assembly of pulley is carried out by our well trained technicians. We have training facility for these tecnicians from industry experts.

Welding of pulley is done by qualified welders. These welders are qualified from welding expert consultants. After getting the certification the welder can do welding on the pulleys. We regularly provide the technical training for these welders so they can stay updated about welding trends followed in industries.

Stress relieving will be done as per industry standard to avoid any residual stress developed during the welding operation. Due to the stress relieving the pulley is not going to develop any welding cracks and avoid the breakdown of pulleys.

Final Machining is done after the pulley is duly stress relieved to achive required dimensions.

Rubber lining is done as per customer specifications or else as per the industry standards. Crowning of the pullley is done prior to rubber lining. The rubber used is of good quality natural rubber having shore hardness as specified by our customer.

Balancing of pulleys is done as per IS 1940 and the grade used as per requiremnt of pulley standard.

Final machining of pulley shaft is done by grinding process to achieve tolerances as mentioned in drawing.

Surfface treatment of pulley is consists either painting or powder coating process. Painting/powdercoating is done as per IS standards.
