Rollers

Drive rollers are used with powerised conveyors and Idlers with Idler roller conveyors.

For nearly one decade Kuuality has been designing and manufacturing conveyor rollers for all sectors of industry. We manufacture all types of conveyor rollers. Idlers range from carrying rollers, return rollers, clean idlers, impact rollers, guide rollers, garland type carrying rollers. Based on its vast experience, the company offers a wide range of conveyor roller sets which are used in belt conveyors.

The idlers are deisgned as per IS, DIN standard. Following are the parts of idlers.

   We have designed the housing cup as per industry standards and started manufacturing using our own designed dies and punches to get the desired range of tolerances to meet the requiremnts.

   We use heavy duty circlips which meet the industry standards
7. Rain Cap
   We have designed the rain cap to meet our requiremnts.
